How do I enable two-factor authentication step by step?
Enable an authenticator app from Account Security, confirm a 6-digit code, and save your recovery codes.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an authenticator-app code after your password on new or untrusted devices. To enable it in QDizer: 1) Open Company Settings → Account Security. 2) Under Authenticator app, select Enable two-factor authentication. 3) Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or another standard TOTP authenticator app. If scanning is unavailable, enter the setup key manually in your authenticator app. 4) Back in QDizer, enter your current QDizer password and the current 6-digit code from the authenticator app. 5) Select Confirm and enable. 6) Save the 8 recovery codes shown after setup; each recovery code works once and can be used if your authenticator device is unavailable. On a private device, you can choose to trust the device for 30 days after a successful 2FA sign-in. Never send your QR setup key, authenticator codes, recovery codes, or password to QDizer Support.
