1. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided to QDizer, for maintaining account security, and for activities performed through your account. You must not share passwords or security credentials with unauthorized persons.
2. QDizer Services
QDizer provides tools for quotations, invoices, clients, services, document workflows, reporting, billing, support, and related business operations. Features may evolve over time.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Pricing, VAT, renewals, billing-cycle changes, cancellation, payment failures, and refunds are governed by the QDizer Subscription & Billing Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Customer Business Content
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and commercial suitability of quotations, invoices, pricing, tax data, client information, terms, and other business content you create or store in QDizer.
5. AI Assistance
QDizer AI is an assistance feature. AI responses may help explain product workflows and approved QDizer information but do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Users must review important outputs before relying on them.
6. Prohibited Sensitive Information
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, CVC codes, private API keys, two-factor secrets, or other credentials through QDizer AI, support tickets, feedback forms, or ordinary email.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse QDizer, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Availability and Changes
QDizer aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
9. Suspension and Termination
QDizer may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, payment failure, legal requirements, or serious violations of these Terms.
10. Liability and Professional Review
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users remain responsible for reviewing business documents, pricing, taxes, and decisions made using QDizer. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to These Terms
QDizer may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated where appropriate or legally required.
12. Legal Review Notice
The final legal-entity identity, governing-law wording, jurisdiction clause, and any mandatory consumer-law disclosures remain subject to final UAE legal review before production.
