1. About QDizer Subscriptions
QDizer provides access to its paid software features through the QDizer Pro subscription. QDizer Pro may be offered with different billing cycles, including a Monthly Plan at AED 79 per month and an Annual Plan at AED 790 per year. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the pricing or checkout page, both billing cycles provide access to the same core QDizer Pro features. The difference between the plans is the billing frequency and applicable price. Current pricing will always be displayed before you subscribe or schedule a billing-cycle change.
2. VAT and Taxes
Where applicable, QDizer prices displayed to customers may be VAT-inclusive. For UAE customers, QDizer currently displays its standard subscription prices inclusive of applicable UAE VAT. For example, where a subscription price is AED 79 inclusive of 5% VAT, the VAT portion is included within the AED 79 total rather than added on top. Applicable tax treatment may depend on factors including billing country, billing address, tax status, and applicable tax laws. QDizer may use Stripe Tax or another compliant tax-calculation service to determine applicable taxes based on billing information you provide. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, location, business, and tax information.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor designated by QDizer. QDizer does not require you to provide full payment-card details directly to QDizer when Stripe-hosted checkout or billing tools are used. Your payment method may be stored securely by Stripe to facilitate recurring subscription payments, renewals, and payment-method updates. Your use of payment-processing services may also be subject to the payment processor's applicable terms and privacy notices.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless cancelled, a paid QDizer subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. A Monthly subscription renews approximately once per month and an Annual subscription renews approximately once per year. The applicable subscription fee is charged to the payment method associated with your billing account at renewal. Your account will normally display the end of your current paid period or next applicable renewal date.
5. Changing Your Billing Cycle
You may request a change between Monthly and Annual billing from the Subscription & Billing section of your QDizer account when that option is available. To protect the value of time you have already paid for, QDizer generally schedules billing-cycle changes to take effect at the next renewal date rather than replacing the current paid period immediately. Your current billing cycle remains active until the end of the current paid period, existing access continues without interruption, the new billing cycle starts on the scheduled renewal date, QDizer displays the effective date, and no charge is made merely for scheduling the change.
6. Cancelling a Scheduled Billing-Cycle Change
If QDizer allows a scheduled change to be cancelled, you may cancel the pending billing-cycle change before it takes effect. Your current billing cycle will then continue normally. Cancelling a scheduled billing-cycle change does not cancel your QDizer subscription itself.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may request cancellation of a paid subscription through your QDizer account where the cancellation option is available. Unless QDizer expressly states otherwise, cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. You continue to have paid access until the end of the period already paid for, QDizer does not normally terminate paid access immediately merely because cancellation was requested, and no further automatic renewal will be charged after the cancellation becomes effective. Your account may display the subscription as Cancelling while you remain within the already-paid access period.
8. Resuming a Subscription
If you cancel a subscription but are still within the current paid period, QDizer may allow you to resume the subscription before the cancellation becomes effective. If resumed successfully, the scheduled cancellation is removed, your subscription continues normally, and future renewals may resume according to your active billing cycle.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, QDizer or Stripe may attempt to collect the payment again. Depending on the circumstances, your subscription may temporarily be shown as Past Due, Unpaid, or another payment-related status. QDizer may restrict paid functionality if payment remains outstanding. Updating your payment method does not guarantee that a previously failed payment will automatically succeed; additional payment processing may be required.
10. Billing Information
You are responsible for keeping billing information accurate and current, including payment details, billing address, legal or business name, tax identification information, country or jurisdiction, and other information required to calculate taxes or issue invoices. Incorrect information may result in incorrect tax treatment, failed payments, or delays in invoice generation.
11. Invoices and Billing History
Successful subscription payments recorded by QDizer may appear in your Billing History. Invoices or payment records may include invoice identifier, payment date, billing cycle, gross amount, tax amount, payment status, and other applicable billing information. Where an official tax invoice is issued through Stripe or another billing provider, that document may be treated as the authoritative billing record.
12. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, confirmed duplicate charge, billing error, or another circumstance expressly approved by QDizer, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the relevant paid subscription period has begun. Cancelling a subscription normally prevents the next renewal rather than refunding the remaining unused portion of the current billing period. Nothing in this Policy limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact QDizer Support promptly and provide the relevant invoice or transaction information.
13. Promotional Pricing and Discounts
QDizer may offer promotional prices, discount codes, trial offers, or special subscription arrangements. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are temporary, eligibility may be limited, promotions may not be combined, and future renewals may occur at the standard applicable price after the promotion expires. Any special terms displayed with a promotion form part of this Policy for that offer.
14. Price Changes
QDizer may change subscription pricing in the future. Where required, existing customers will be informed of material price changes before the new price applies to a future renewal. A price change will not normally alter a completed payment already charged for a prior billing period.
15. Trials
If QDizer provides a free or promotional trial, the trial duration will be displayed when you register, trial access may be limited to eligible accounts, trial features may differ from paid features, and a payment method may be required before conversion to a paid subscription where disclosed. If automatic conversion from trial to paid subscription is offered, QDizer will disclose the applicable plan and price before charging.
16. Payment Security
Payment-card information is processed by QDizer's payment processor. You should never send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through support tickets, AI Assistant conversations, email, feedback forms, or other QDizer communication channels. QDizer Support will never require your account password or full payment-card credentials in order to investigate a billing issue.
17. Billing Events and System Updates
QDizer relies on billing-provider notifications to keep subscription information synchronized with payment activity. There may occasionally be a short delay between a payment occurring and its updated status appearing in your QDizer account.
18. Account Records
QDizer may maintain billing-related records including subscription status, billing cycle, renewal dates, transaction identifiers, invoice references, tax amounts, payment status, scheduled changes, cancellation status, and billing-support communications. Such information is handled in accordance with the QDizer Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Support
If you have a billing question, you should first use the QDizer Help Center or QDizer AI Assistant. If the issue is not resolved, you may submit a support ticket. For security, do not include full card details, passwords, secret keys, or other sensitive credentials in a support request.
20. Changes to This Policy
QDizer may update this Subscription & Billing Policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will be made available on the QDizer website. Where a material change affects active subscriptions, QDizer may provide additional notice where appropriate or legally required.
